rAndom International have crated “The Fly” installation is on show in the main project of the Moscow Biennale at the ArtPlay Centre until October 30, 2011. The Fly is an interactive art installation that studies the movement of objects and insects within a confined space. An abstract representation of a fly is held captive inside a glass box, centrally ensnared by eight cables. Centrally ensnared by eight cables, and controlled by 8 synchronised motors the fly reacts to the movement of anyone nearby.
