This a modern home especially designed for active relaxation designed by Matt Chaplin of Sumich Architects in collaboration with Jen Pack. The house located in the Western end of  Matarangi Beach, New Zealand.

The first level consists of open living space that integrates the dining room, kitchen, a place to store wine and two modern fireplaces. The first floor also accommodates the guest bedroom with en-suite, powder room and laundry. The living room opens to the backyard patio enclosed relaxation area featuring modern open. The second floor is divided into two parts: two bedrooms and a bathroom in one wing, and on the other hand, master suite with walk in robes, spacious bathroom with bath and private lounge.
