Beverly Hill House designed by McClean Design and located in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The Residence is a remodel of an existing home that was designed in a contemporary style during the 1970. Here description for the architects: “Although the structure itself was in good shape the house did not take advantage of its wonderful views and did not contain the required amount of bedrooms and ancillary rooms necessary for a house of this size. The existing house was stripped down to framing and rebuilt to take advantage of the magnificent views over the cities of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills below. Ceiling heights were increased in the main living areas and the plan opened up to visually connect the different spaces. The material palette is simple but we have added areas of more interesting materials to warm up the spaces.” It is elegant and comfortable home life with a beautiful view over the city of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
